Coffee may protect against Alzheimer's and Parkinson's

new study suggests that coffee may help prevent Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease.

The scientists pointed to compounds known as phenylindanes, which are created during the roasting process for coffee beans. This suggests that  dark roasted coffee  could be more beneficial than other alternatives in terms of helping protect against diseases such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's.
