The James family of Broadfield Farm in Herefordshire has diversified their dairy business by installing 16 milk vending machines across four counties.

Serving as a modern milk round, this initiative bypasses traditional supply chains to sell gently pasteurised, high-quality milk directly to consumers, strengthening the connection between farming and local communities.

It's another great example of how vending is opening up new markets in many different sectors.
